    $1 Fender Eliminator
Another idea (which I did and found in my garage) is cut off the fender and go buy a 2x6 hanger like this one from a hardware store. When you spread out the ends, the holes at the end of the hanger can line up with the screw holes under the tail with the stock screws, and the other screws will go through the holes on the other end (toward rear of bike) and into the plastic fender (I used self tapping 1" screws). Either mount the plate with two screws in the middle of the plate or attach stock license plate bracket to the flat end of the hanger.
    Turnsignals:
On either side of the plate there are two slots cut. Enlarge one hole (I did closest to license plate) and mount the turn signals there.
