is there any kit out there that will allow my to go from 4 carbs to 1 carb for all 4 cylinders like there is on cars?

Nope. Not unless you have a ton of free time and money.
The 4 carb thing is a big PITA but it works. -

If you're real good at it or tweeking, you might, just might get that to fit before it hits the battery box. The filter would be a bitch.
