  • '94 GSX750F Fuel gasket...?

Not sure if this is the BEST place to post my question, but I'll take a crack at it here anyway.

I am in desperate need of a new gasket that goes on the BOTTOM of the tank. I have purchased a new tank for my lady, & she needs some new rubber I cannot seem to get the old one out of the old tank to use, & I am unsure of the thickness so I can purchase a gasket "sheet" from autozone, etc...I would PREFER the OEM part, but I may have to resort to using a generic

Does anyone know where I can find this elusive little snot? Thanks for any/all help!

$20 is expensive? Have you gotten fuel lately?

Roughly 1.38 GBP a litre. Exchange rate is 1.61. Thats $2.22 a litre.

                It's a 20 litre tank. $44.4 to fill up

Indeed. There are 3.8 litres in a US gallon, so $8.43 a gallon. Assuming 45MPG, every mile you ride costs nearly 19 cents

The metal plate is $20... the gasket for the drain is $7.16. Both gaskets combined for the fuel sensor is $12.10 + shipping for the pair.

Sure you got the right part?

Anyways, probably can get them slightly cheaper for you if you wanted.
