  • Foam Grips.... What do you guys think???

So check out these on ebay.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

It seems to me that all this is, is pipe insulation cut up into smaller pieces and sold for outragous amounts. Good idea though, IF people are buying them, which they are from the +feedback.

Anyone suggest a good quality, yet easy on the wallet hand grip?
I am looking for Black, black/chrome, black/yellow grips

I was thinking about buying the Supergrips off ebay for like $8, anyone used these before?

I was actually looking at getting the Gel ones, and then also the foam pieces, as the foam ones just slide over the grips themselves.

Was curious as to if anyone here has tried a piece of foam like this over thier grips and had a + result

I had foam grips, but by the end of the season they started to look "ratty." They are nice though becuase they are normally a little larger diameter so they fit your hands more confortably.

Shoot if the grips will last a season it would be worth the $8 a pr. to me then.

My old arthritic hands don't like the buzz of the kat, so I wear fingerless gloves (which have a built in gel insert) with a regular glove over it (which also has a gel insert).
Getting back to grips, I use gel grips with a grip wrap over it. These are like $10 from Dennis Kirk, they are the same material as in a mouse pad and have velcro and they just wrap around the grip. I am on my 2nd set, the first lasted about five years. I recommend gel grips with wraps. After all the stuff I have listed and meticulous carb synch with the Morgan, my bike is pretty smooth...

"Buzz" is one of the evils of an in-line 4. I've found what really helps on a cruise with a lot of hwy miles is to use a palm rest...... cheap, and they work.
sigpicLife throws you curves......enjoy the ones you get when riding.
