    Ohhh so sexy Tail light MOD

    so i just got my clear alternatives integrated tail light and turn signal kit thought i would show a few pictures of it. i have a night time video to upload tomorrow when i get home that shows how it actually works.


    night pic with the cell phone. its pretty freakin bright

          the tail light kit is from www.clearalternatives.com and cant remember where i got the fender eliminator from... ordered it out of a tucker rocky catalog at a dealership about a year ago

                I hear and have seen that with the brake light lit, the turn signals wash out. That is the only reason I am contemplating making my own instead of buying one.

                  I installed the same one last year but but added Mini stalk LEDs for the signals as well
                  I ride in a lot of heavy traffic and need to be seen

                    I have one of those too. I will tell you this, in bright daylight, your turn signals will be next to impossible to see to people behind you.
                    It doesn't matter what you ride, as long as you ride.

                      they changed they way everything works from the older systems (4months ago)
                      the break light now does a wave of lights from the middle out about 3 times then goes solid. for the turn signals it no longer washes out like it use to with break lights. it has a directional strobe, all very visible in day light. VERY DIFFERENT FROM OLD SYSTEM. ill upload a video to youtube in a few hours when i get off work. and put a link here.
