New to forum and katanas

Hi there everyone, my name is Jared, I'm new to the forum and the katana bikes. I bought my katana 750 a week ago for 500$ it's a 94 didn't run has some broken plastics and needs a paint job. It has 8250 miles on her. I have since gotten her to run pretty well, I had to rebuild the fuel tap. I have a hesitation when accelerating around 5 - 6 k and between 1/4 and 1/2 throttle. It's worse when cold. It has k&n dual pods which I read are horrible and I am looking for original replacement, but that's what it had. Anyway so far i love riding the bike and I already think it was worth every penny!
