    kick stand problems

    Have an 06 600 replaced the kick stand and springs about a year ago. Riding around last week kick stand swung down and killed the bike. Is this a recurring problem? Does anyone have any info on this.

    The kickstand should not swing down if the spring, which has a lot of tension, is installed correctly. Any chance you can post a pic?

      Yeah, there are 0 reasons for that to ever happen...improper installation is the only feasible explanation.
