glad i found this site. Just picked up my first bike just about 2 weeks ago. its a 96 katana 600 completely stock and had 16,100 miles on it. Ive already put on a few hundred miles. Runs strong but i think i could be serviced. a little hard to maintain an idle when its not completely warmed up. I paid 2300 for it; i know i probably paid a little too much but this was the best deal for a decent condition bike that i found locally. everything else was either way too much, or too banged up for me. besides it came with a cover, a spare mirror, 2 helmets, and a fairly new riding jacket so i think it was worth what i paid.
