  • I just got my first Kat!

So I bought my first bike yesterday, which is my new Katana (It's not really new, it's a used 98 model, but It's new to me), & I'm really stoked to start riding! My boyfriends excited too, now he won't have to lug me around as a passenger, which I'm glad! I just hate that I'm so timid when I ride, I just don't want to drop my bike. Anyway, I'm glad to be on this website. Have a great day.

Welcome to the site! Glad to see another female rider!! You'll grow less timid with time, honestly it took me about a year to be entirely comfortable so just stick with it! Eventually you'll be riding circles around your boyfriend

Welcome to KR, nice bike. Try to get past being timid or you'll drop the bike for sure.

Welcome to KR! Take an MSF class. That should help your confidence. And ride. The more you ride the more comfortable you should feel.
                      Think safe, ride safe.
