Hey everybody, just thought I'd say hi. I just bought a 95 Katana 600 for my girlfriend. I currently ride a 2006 CBR600 F4i. The Kat will be her first bike ever. It was wrecked, so I'm in the process of fixing it and have found quite a bit of good info here, so thanks already!

So here's some pics of where I found her, been sitting in a barn for the last 3 years. Here's the story; the guy I bought it from is the original owner. He never rode it, only put 5000 miles on it since he got it in '95. So 3 years ago he decided to sell it. Sells it to a kid who gets drunk later that same night that he bought it, and lays it down hard. Kid gets arrested, and goes to jail for a looong time on some other charges. The guy that sold him the bike never saw him again. However, they never exchanged the title, or all of the cash for that matter, apparently he had just given him some money down. So, here we are, 3 years later as it has just sat and never been fixed, I picked it up. Just got it running tonight, and already have a new front end put on, so It'll be on the road soon!
