Insurance sucks up here, even more so when you read what some of our US neighbours pay to insure their bikes .

Well, i'm happy to be part of the Kat Klan.

only thing about insurance is that I am not fully sure when I'm going to put this bike on the road. I am turning 25 this november... my rates will drop from 2500 - 1300 and they will let me insure it a month early... not sure if that month is negotiable. maybe a month and a half? so, i got a few months to clean her up... and clean her up some more... and when i'm finished with that, i can continue to clean her up some more.

If anyone hasn't heard, i also hear that kingsway are increasing their rates by 8% on May 1st.

Since I am not going to have my bike on the road for a few months, i will just come on here and admire the otehr rides that people have done.. lol.. probably gives me enough time to buy all my gear...

Is your quote based on having a M1 or M2? even at 24 $2500 for the Kat seems steep.
