    Nice... the day I got my bike I rode out to Spanish Springs just because that section of Pyramid Highway is a great open stretch of road without a ton of traffic, it helped me get a good feel for my Kat pretty quickly. I hail from the North Valleys myself, up by the Community College.

    And thanks everyone for all the welcomes! I am happy I found this site, looks like it will be an excellent resource.
