Hi there everbody... Im new here by the way... a friend of mine mentioned this site... I just purchased a 2002 Suzuki Katana 600.. Words can not express the joy this bike has brought my heart! I do need a manual by the way can I get this on line somewhere or is it best to just go by it at a store? Can you tell this is my first bike... well really its my husbands bike but I will very soon be driving it too...

you can find manuals online on this site in the mechanics sections i believe? its a sticky so should be one of the first threads you see.
If you'd rather have thw actual book Ebay or Amazon could definatly help you out. I don't know where you could find it in an actual store though

Welcome to KR! Glad to see you got the link to the manual and here's a few of the tips about the site you requested...

1) K&N filters are tough to tune on this bike, better off with the stock airbox. So unless you want Arsenic's head to explode, I'd just leave that alone.
2) Learn to use the search, there are lots of good ideas on here, but they can be tough to find w/o the search. And the search can sometimes be tough to figure out (for some people).
3) Have fun. Jump in on the threads and feel free to post.
4) If you need parts/gear/etc., check out our supporting vendors. They are members here and will give you a great deal and the right advice.
