    Welcome aboard, Mark. Tire recommendations here will generally be to get Metzler Z6, or Continental Road Attack. I have the Contis and they are great tires. I went with a 160/60 in the rear, and stock size up front.

    As for the windscreen, it's a preferance thing. I painted mine black, and now it's getting done to match the rest of the bike. I never get low enough to see through it anyway.

            I got mine from Craiglists too, the Illumiglo install was a hassle in my opinion, it took me the longest of any mod I've done...
