I'm going mon. to possibly pick up my first sport bike a 2001 Katana 14k miles,oil change done last summer, not much else known yet going to get the whole low down tommorow here is some pics.. My first ? on the forum is 2700 a good price for a katana with that many miles etc..

And I'm thinking about taking my group down that way for a day trip (from N Ky) . Maybe back way to the Gorge , hike a trail , lunch , ride home . How familiar are you with the area ?

I love that color green and not to familiar with the E-town area i'm from S-E Kentucky Irvine to be exact and dont worry if you dont find it on the map lol. 20min east of richmond. And if your group would like i can send you a flier for a beneafit ride we are having in may expecting upwards of 300 bikes hopfully

Yeah , I found Irvine on the map . Looked fairly close to the Gorge . Figured you might be familiar with the area , and we could compare notes .
Not really interested in them big group deals , though . Too many people , too many variables , and not a lot of FUN riding . Plus , 100 or so miles is kinda far for something like that .

I like the color. The price is ok but your not getting a great deal. The miles are nothing to worry about, thats low mileage for the year.

yeah the gorge isn't far but i'm not familiar with that area, most of the roads i drive competitively on are in my crossfire and are here in irvine or back road to lexington..
