Hello from Texas

Hi everyone! I've been lurking here for a while and think this is a great site. I recently sold my 1997 blue/yellow Katana 600 (my 1st bike) and bought a 2003 yellow/black 600. The '03 only had 280 miles on it, so I feel like I have a brand new bike! I've been riding for @ 3 years now, but still feel like I have A LOT TO LEARN. Thanks for all of the great tips and information I have read and look forward to reading!

PS ~ There are a lot of Katana riders here in Dallas.

I'm not being a slacker ... my bike is in the shop getting a little "paint repair". The girl who owned it before me dropped it on both sides (small scrapes on the top of each fairing). After that she parked it in her garage and it sat for 2 years (what a waste!) This is the reason it only had 280 miles on it when I bought it last month. I have since put 1000 miles on it and will be very proud to post pics as soon as I get her back home.
