    Hey Gang,

    I just joined, I am the proud owner of a 91 Katana 600F. It's not much but it's paid for! I have a nice list of things I want to do with it though, and I just bought the book "101 Sportbike Performance Projects" to guide me on my way.

                    I actually will be having my friend take pics of me ON my bike with my digital camera real soon, so I'll post them asap.

                    Thanks for the warm welcome!! I've had motorcycles in my life since I was 9 years old and got my first bike (a little Honda 80cc dirtbike). However, I'm definately a newbie when it comes to motorcycle repair and performance upgrades, so I will probably be tapping a few brains when I start to do work on my bike.

                          Welcome to KR. You said the most important thing when you said "It's paid for". Now you're free to modify to your hearts content. Like everyone said, this is a great place to obtain & share information. You didn't mention gear. What you using or a helmet, jacket, gloves, etc. These are your most important investment.
