      Welcome to KR! If you intend to do some 2 up riding, I would definitely go with a 750 Kat - specially if you are doing more than 1/2 hour rides.

                the honda is definalty more reliable, a more thought out bike that looks like it can last, i know it handles two up perfectly fine
                there was a reason there was a dude on the back, its at deals gap and we needd to get a bike that had been wrecked a few hours before out of the trees
