Greetings from Eastern Europe, Estonia! This is my first full season of riding and i'm enjoying it to the max. I got my plastics last year just before the snow and my first bike just prior to that, so I had my licence and the bike, but no chance of riding it! So I had to wait the whole long nerv-wrecking winter season, but it sure was worth it!
I've also already found this site very useful, got tips for riding, maintenance and painting, also the manuals, thanks! Very nice and helpful people around here

You DO have a point there, but those 'vikings' are often referred to as pirates and they originated mainly from one island only (Osilia, now Saaremaa), people from main land mainly sailed for trading purposes only. As you mentioned, these are legends. Vikings per se still originate from Scandinavia.
Altho being a descendant of some barbaric vikings would be kickass!
