Shock upgrade

Hey all I have seen the forum with the R6 shock mentioned I have a 99 600f German import tatty black beast with unnecessary items removed to lighten & goodies to make it go well enough to put a smile on my face.. I like to scratch so shock mod is the way to go I have serviced the linkage & ordered the 25mm jack up kit my questions are is R6 2co 13s correct shock to fit ,& any idea on settings , I am 85 kg & wish to ride everyday use solo as pegs are removed along with other excess weight !!
