92 Kat 1100 won't start!

Was running then changed air filter put back together now turns over but won't start. Checked fuel line connections and they are fine. Limited on what I can do right now because of rain and work. Maybe I'm missing something super obvious or simple.

Hey did you put it prime? Ifyou took the carbs off and drained them you'll need to put the petcock on prime. and also was it sitting for awhile before you did this? a good charged up battery always helps .also check the plugs
