03 katana 600 fuel issue/vacuum issue

I recently bought an 03 kat 600. It only stays on when on prime position. I would like to know how many lines get connected to the petcock? I only have the fuel line connected. (Bought that way)

Anyone know if a vacuum line gets connected to the petcock as well? I'm having trouble finding any info or videos.

There should be a vacuum line connecting the petcock to carb #4.
