Waiting for a battery and a new lockset to show up and I'll be back on the road. Dumb me...I had passed my old frontend along to another KP member and forgot my old lockset was still attached to the triples (Doooh!) It was pretty old and weathered anyway so I figured I'd just get a new one. Should have seen the look on my face when I was going to put the key in to try and get it running.
