Nope, not my first bike.
Just the first time I join a forum like this.
Looks like a very nice place to find information and share experiences.
I'm "stepping down" (like some of my friends says) from an '83 Magna V65 (1100cc) to a '97 Kat 600. I just wanted a bike to commute to Malibu and back home to Venice Beach, and I feel the Kat it's just perfect for the job.
I have owned a few bikes: a Honda CBX250, a couple of EX500, a Yamaha SecaII, the Magna and now, the Kat6.
I found this bike a month ago sitting at a Honda dealer with less than 900 miles on it! So basicaly it's brand new. The dealer gave me the bike completly serviced for less than $3k. Probably I have the cleanest first generation Katana 600 in the world!
I think for now, I'm gonna keep the bike stock.
