Austria, Czech republic, Hungary, Romania (some of the best roads in the world are in Eastern Europe) and don't forget the Scandinavian countries.
Might be good to know that the more south you go the more the asphalt quality changes (different components, adjusted to a hotter climate), you're bound to feel a difference when handeling your bike.
