Guy called me about working on his 91 GSXR 750 carbs & had this one in the back of his truck when he brought the carbs to me about 2 weeks ago. He asked if I wanted it for 500 bucks! I didn't have the money so I told him I'd get back to him & then went on a HUNT for cash! I fixed his carbs & he left & I was SERIOUSLY looking for money! I called him a week later & told him I'd take it & then he started hemming & hawing about how he needed more money to get another bike & wasn't going to sell it for 500! I was PI$$ED!!! Then he called me back 2 days later & asked if I still wanted it. I got his address & drove STRAIGHT to him right THEN!!! Not a bad deal & I have always wanted an 83 1100 to go with my 82 1000!
