pulled the 34mm carbs off my 1100 this morning as the bike wouldn't run any throttle under load, and pulled out the standard main jets (110 and 112.5), replaced them with a set of 144's that i robbed out of my 36mm's...
got them reinstalled and tried it around the yard, what a difference  ...
had to take it for a little test run around the block, third gear and gunning it, what a hoot  ...
had to cut it a little short as one of the local feds heard me approaching so i had to take evasive action rather than face awkward questions, but i'm chuffed as it appears i'm on the right track ...
i need to experiment a little more with the carbs (probably need more jets to experiment with)....
any comments on jetting, remember i'm running 4 into 2 open exhausts and dual pod K+N's , so far i haven't touched the needles or pilot screws, oh and the motor is out of the gsx1100f
