but in my country people build their bikes alone, with own ideas, own fabricated parts
and car rims are very commen and no problems so far
Ooooh somebody got there knickers in a twist didnt they It was friendly advice from someone who's been building bikes & trikes including full frames & doing custom modifications for the last 30 years so if you dont like it tough ****

I currently own 4 bikes all of which are suzuki's & all of which have been modified by myself in a 8'x16' shed with basic tools, little money & lots of persistance, i dont own a stock bike & cant remember the last bike i had that i didnt hack about, i even built my own jig for this reason

i was originally quite willing to give some usefull advice on frame mods & safe practice when doing this type of work but obviously this guy knows better so i wont bother, i just hope nobody gets seriously injured because of his inability to take a little constructive critisism

of course the bike is not finished on those pics
the will be more iron to keep the biker`s a$$ not to touch the ground
        and to secure the shocks

I like the looks of it. Not totally sure I'd ride it (or even sit on it) with the rear the way it is. Looks good though.

It is what it is.....and I think I wouldn't mind riding it around the block ( not so sure of anywhere else until I knew it's limits.) Brings back Easy Rider memories. What's the seat going to look like?
sigpicLife throws you curves......enjoy the ones you get when riding.

the project was frozen due to the financial crizies
                      no money,no bike

but there is another similar project ongoing

it a real vintage kat(gsx750s),did not know the exact year
                      front end angle changed
the original fuel tank cut and rebuilt(not finished)
                      completely rebuilt rear end
the two original shocks will be placed under the seat, plus two springs at the bottom of the frame
one-in-the-world rear brake assembly-the brake disk and the sprocked are on the one side like on a mono swingarm, but the brake is connected to a bearing between the disk and the sproked

I can understand the no money issue. These pic's take me back to the 70's when I used to make all of my own stuff.
