  • When is the exact reveal date? I'm actually in Dayton now and will be until February 27th. I'd love to be able to see it in person when completed if it is done by then.

          • top 10 reasons Mreed doesn't wave back while riding the Project Bling:

            10. if he lifts his arm off the handlebar, it'll rip out of the socket
            09. hes going too fast to wave
            08. he's gone by by the time yer wave registered
            07. he was distracted by his own chrome
            06. he's busy stopping at every gas station
            05. he was swapping seats
            04. he thought he spotted a cowl he didn't own yet
            03. he's busy cleaning the bugs off while hes riding
            02. YUT UGHHH

and the Number 1 reason he didn't wave...

His ratchet straps are stuck, and he can't get it off the trailer for bike night

                      • Seems a shame to be wet sanding such a fine piece for paint!

A note to any of you that have a solo cowl that has this tab:
I had to remove 1/4th inch off of this one to get it to fit properly

                          • As I said in a earlier post, I have been wet sanding all the plastics. I thought I would share a bit of information and pictures of just what "orange peel" is. It doesn't matter how good a paint job looks there is orange peel in it. here are a few pictures of the process

The shinny area is the low spots that make orange peel

that is what it looks like before completing sanding
