What parts to keep

Just bought a '91 600 Kat as a parts bike, It runs great, just won't pass out of province inspection without double the money I put in to get it street legal in my province so I am going to pull the engine as it is at 20000km and starts/runs better than my existing kat which just got a full tune, synch etc. Also pulling the plastics and gas tank. What else should I be saving off this bike that will be tough to replace or repair? It is missing the center stand and most of the reflectors and has a leaky fork.

Carbs, calipers, wiring harness, starter, ecu, coils...shit, you're asking the wrong person. I'd keep the whole thing. Ride enough and you'll need 'em all
