Imaginary mod choices poll.....

If you could have one of the folowing fantasy mods for free, which would it be??

A- 20 more H.P.

B- New rims of any size/width and construction (swingarm included!)

C- Bodywork upgrade consisting of new undertail, hugger, lighting
and custom paint/graphics of yopur personal design??

For me, I'm not a speed junkie and don't care for super flashy bling bikes, so I would choose B with a nice wide rear tire and some 5 spoke carbon fiber rims. Think carefully and make your choice with explanation!!

I already bought an engine built by vance and hines racing, the painting is done and just need some graphics, and my swingarm will be sent out to be widened and lengthened to fit a busa wheel....so I will have to say that I already have those mods.

I would take aluminum frame #1. You can do / make / mod everything else. The increased stiffness and weight loss would be so worth it.

My favorite imaginary mod is to buy a B12 motor and send it to Dale Walker at Holeshot. Let him stroke and cam it up to about 150 hp and put that in my 1990 can O tuna. Maybe with NO2.....

I'd take the custom wheels. Don't care about the bling factor -- I want wheels that weigh (hey, this is imaginary) 1/4 of what's there now.. Given that, I'd either have the most nimble, best handling Kat ever, or I'd just sell the wheels and the Kat and buy myself something with double the horsepower (anybody price what a top-notch set of carbon-fiber or hyper-light metal wheels cost? $5k easy for good ones).

Why would (B) lighter wheels be illegal -- isn't TUV standard good enough for the Danish government approvals?
