    hmm.. thank you all for the advice. i might need to have a friend over sunday to try and hold the bike down while i try a 2x4 for leverage. maybe also need to get a breaker bar.

    if not, the frames on ebay are not too outrageously priced. i am not sure I have the equipment or experience to take out the engine and put it on a new frame, though.

        got the frame mostly back in place, not 100%, but much better and much less noticeable. ended up using tie downs attached to some steel doorhandles i sunk into the wall studs.

        i was able to temporarily bend it into shape perfectly, but after the pressure was released it went back.

        ah well, i rode the bike around a bit after i was finished, rides straight and true. all thats left are the plastics.
