I never saw any around when they were new! I don't think they sold very well, I've only seen one other in town and it was a 900R. I'd always loved the styling so I knew I'd have one one day.

      Running a RF900 rat
      Selling a pretty GSXR1100k
Building a GSXR 7/11 (hopefully 1216cc in the end)
      Messing with an FJ1200 & a 900 diversion
Trying to buy a gs 7/10 to stick some yoshi pistons in for a laugh

I really really want an early 70's Honda/Suzuki for a Bobber Project.
My kinda guy. I am down to two as well. ZX12 and KTM 640 enduro. I feel 2 is the minimum for me. I prefer to have 3-4.

Whats your ideal stable? For me having a supersport (zx12), commuter (high mpg comfy bike), Dual sport KLR, XRL, KTM, DR and a very light trail bike is ideal (a 250cc four stroke).

        My wife sees it otherwise

I have the Kat and the 1986 FZX700S Fazer with 12,850 miles on it right now, and should have a 2000 ZX-12R by the end of summer (if it stops raining long enough for me to get out and work).
          Fazer with the ZX

What'd you pay for the AJS? What's the restore going to cost you?
                    I always wanted one...

Just the kat for me, I almost picked up an 89 GSXR1100 for $200 a few weeks back but my girlfriend would shoot me if I brought home another bike.

I have three at the moment. My 750, which i have had for a while, and two FZR 250's, identical ones. Cost me a carton or rum cans. Both run and one still registered. Need TLC, so i have one stripped at the moment to build with the best bits and will look from there at the other. Doing it up for my son, but as they have changed the licencing regulations for motorcycles (again) i have a couple of years to do it. Won't take that long though.......

I payed $AUD2500.00 for it. Pretty much, its all there! with a few extra bits. I'll have to get an exhaust made. So far in restoration costs has been approxiamtely $AUD600.00 (powder coating , re-chroming parts and other minor parts) Hopefully the final costs should be around $AUD4000.00 to 4500.00

My 96 750 and the yammie 125. Saving for a new Daytona. Almost half way there! Wait, the rally took a chunk of that or , depending on how you look at it.
