the only thing close to that I have ever seen was the carbon fiber hugger Spedee had on his bike...and to my knowledge, it was the only one the manufacturer had ever made....

I think the problem is that it would be a $150 chain guard. That's why no manufacturers want to make them because honestly, the market just isn't there. From their side, it's like carbon fiber radio buttons in a car. Yeah it's cool, but it's not going to snag you more buyers and it's not gonna be a popular upgrade.
Plus a lot of people just throw their chain guard in the trash.90% of motorcycle forum members do not have a service manual for their bike.

try: http://www.geelongcarboncraft.com.au/
If they don't have one, and you seed them a basis for matching (i.e. - a good chain guard to base their design from), they can probably build one, provided you can get a small group-purchase going (6 units if I recall right).

Here is a thought..have you ever considered trying to make your own carbon fiber pieces? I know kids do it at the college I went to..very similar to fiberglassing...just cooler and takes more patients ...oh and i forgot to mention a little more expensive
