I'm trying to find someone, or some place that can anodize a small batch of parts for me. Suggestions?

no, he does, but he's injured and not at work right now, so nothing is being done at this time.

There's a place in Hatfield, PA called A.L. Finishing that might be able to do what you want... Not sure about the quality of their work, but they've been around for quite some while. They were recommended to me once for a specialty coating they do (NiTuff, which is like Suzuki's SCEM or Nikasil). As far as I know, he doesn't have a website, so you might be able to trade services as well

I had read about that, but I wouldn't be looking forward to storing the sulfuric acid.

Anodizing is one of the projects I've just recently started. Still not got a full setup (don't want to use the kitchen stove) and am waiting on a couple of ceramic heaters to get something going.

                      We use Hohman, in Ohio.

                      http://www.hohmanplating.com/

They still do chromic acid anodize, which goes on much much thinner than sulfuric acid anodize, but chromic acid is quite hazardous and requires a LOT of ventilation equipment and scrubbers.

When we do sulfuric acid anodize, we have to finish machine critical surfaces. Chromic acid is thin enough that we can inspect prior to anodize and be ok.
