You wonNt have any problem having a great time 2 up on that .. just make sure to adjust the suspension if the 2up will be your regular ride.

I do two-up all the time on mine. It's great... but you might want to increase your rear suspension preload. I also run 40psi in the rear tire.

I do 2 up all the time also. Adjusted the suspension after the first couple rides and she loves it. I am 176 she is 130ish. She loves it. Be prepared for her to complain about sliding forward.

wife just read this and added that the pegs are small and cut off circulation at times. She still loves the ride though.

My wife and I are heavier then you guys are and we have no issues at all, highway or twisties. Just adjust the suspension up and maybe add a few lbs of air to the tires to cover the increased weight.

If she enjoys it as much as my wife does, buy her a corbin seat, she will love you for it. And you'll love it too!
Where ever, whenever I go for a ride, may I be joined by friends that have died.

So true. And you'll get the regular "thud" on the back of your helmet every time you shift or touch the brakes.

My girlfriend and I really enjoy riding my '92 750 all the time! I usually run 42 psi in the rear tire and increase the rear pre-load when we both ride.

The wife and I ride 2up on my '90 600 all the time and have no problems. Our combined weight is around 320-330lbs so I can't think of any reason a 750 would have any troubles. If you're going to be doing longer 2 up touring trips, you might want to invest in a Corbin seat, since they still make them for the 750 (talk to CyberPoet on here). I run 36psi front and 42psi rear in Continental Road Attacks on mine and it feels great. Since I ride 2up a lot, I just keep the rear preload set for 2 people all the time.

You will have no trouble riding 2 up - the extra low end grunt the 750 provides over the 600 will make riding a pleasure. Like everyone else has stated, just adjust your tire pressures and suspension settings

Ride 2up often and long enough, and that becomes a rare occurance usually. Under normal shifting and braking my wife never bumps helmets with me anymore. It usually only happens occasionally now if/when I have to make an extreme emergency type braking manuever.

Well to be fair, the only person I take on the bike regularly is my little sister and it's her first time ever being on a bike. After about 60 miles 2up she's learned that whenever I let off the gas she needs to be prepared to slide forward. She got over the gear shifting jerk the first day, and is honestly 400% better at riding pillion than anyone else I've ever taken. None of that right to left wobble at slow speed and no resistance when I'm leaned over hard. She wants to get her license, I'll make a motorcyclist out of her yet

I took my girlfriend around the block once, she got off and said she didn't ever want to get back on it again, and I was glad to hear it

We just took a 5hr 2up ride through the mountains this weekend. I got 47mpg and enjoyed every minute. On a side note, the stock seat doesn't do you or your rider any favors. I need to get a corbin.
