LED Signals on Passager Footpeg Bracket

Has anyone seen these before? I was just looking for options and ran across these. Is there someone who makes these or is it something I have to do on my own? Anybody know of anybody who has these and could post some pictures of how to make/ install?

would these be legal as your only turn signals, I'm hacking off my fender this weekend and getting rid of my stock signals, I bought some flush mount ones but I don't really like them so I want to just use these.

I doubt it as they wouldn't be visible from the other side of the bike.

I don't see how they wouldn't be legal. You can't see stock rear blinkers while in front of the bike. Isn't that what front blinkers are for?
