Left Toronto on Wed afternoon, hit Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia...did the cabot trail..had some seafood...headed back...cut into the US...Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont...back into Canada through Cornwall and back across the 401 home!
Highs:
-cabot trail for the scenery, and some awesom twisties..there was one section, i swear i felt like i was snaking my way down a wall..it was that steep!
-cutting across back roads through the US. I didn't touch one interstate and even diverted through some little forest roads...i was just headed in a general direction and enjoyed the ride!
Lows
-rough roads in nova scotia, especially the cabot trail...there were section that were beautiful, especially along the coast..well paved..etc, but 90% of it was torture!
-cooking for the last 2 days in 30C+ weather, wearing full gear and helmet, watching everyone else coasting along in a tshirt with no helmet!
