I like it for the twisties, and the kat for long hauls. I would buy it as long as it had 90+ hp .

If there is something that I like from Kawi Heavy Industries, its how they go from sketches to production in just weeks. Same thing happened with the Z1000.
Suzuki still talks about the B-King and Honda talks about a V-five naked concept bike.

One thing you notice in the press release for the Euro-media that I didn't see before is the fact that it's actually EX500-style tiny! Just look at the picture of the chairman of Kawasaki standing next to it and try to remember that the Japanese are not a tall people in general... That bodes very well for exceptional handling.
PS - the exhaust arrangement is really growing on me.
