If your camera/mp3 player/pda/laptop/cellphone/etc. uses magnetic tape/discs (like a MiniDV casette or a harddrive like IBM/Hitachi microdrives/notebook ones) then you 'might' get a problem but it's unlikely
Basicly you'd have to wipe the drive/cassette against the magnets serveral times to even begin having an effect.
Harddrives esp. would probably break b/c of vibration first
If you're using an optical media (like some Sony's record on CDRW/DVDRW ) or memory cards there's no problem as neither are magnetically nor vibration sensetive.
