I am the proud owner of a 2005 Katana 600!!!

The GF and I bought it last night. It is red, and absolutely beautiful! I didn't ride it home last night, as I was dressed rather squidly (sandals, tee shirt and shorts), but I did take it for a spin around the parking lot of the dealer.

Some scientific observations:

Yep, she's a little top heavy, but I had no problem doing slow turns and some tight parking lot manuevers. This Kat is smooooooth! And since smooth is fast, I can theorize that my red Kat is faster (Beek, Spedee help me out here!)

The GF sprung this on me as a surprise, and I absolutely couldn't be happier. She is one helluva woman.

I pick the bike up on Thursday. YEEEHAW!
