I'm usually much more aggressive in the Fiero or the Colorado than on my bike.

Depends on my mood, though, sometimes I'm just out for a nice relaxing drive.

I take it easy with both my bike and my car. Although if I frequently made quick bursts up to 90 or 100 mph with my car, it would be categorized as driving it hard. It would take a longer stretch of road and a longer time period to get up to those speeds with my car. That would increase my risk of getting caught. And a cop is more likely to think that I am nuts driving a Chevy Cavalier at that speed.

The Kat can get up to those speeds very quickly with just a little extra turn of the throttle. Driving at 90 or 100 is not driving a Kat hard. And a cop would only have to look at my bike to understand why I was going fast. He wouldn't have to wonder whether or not I was a mental case. And the bike has a smaller radar footprint I am hoping.

I drive an 84 Buick LeSabre (aka Land Yacht) ... so I take it nice and easy, since it already gets maybe 12 MPG. The bike ... that's where the fun is, and I drive it harder than the car for sure. I'm more careful in traffic though. Besides ... I can't very well hop sidewalks to get into Walgreens in the car

Really ? I USED to drive around LAOT at 90-100 and sometimes more in my car , and I'm sure even your Cavalier is faster than my Escort wagon ! Didn't really take a long stretch to get up to those speeds really , as it was always on the highway , and I usually cruise at around 70-ish , so getting up to 100 really just takes a few more seconds ... But I don't do that too much anymore , as the car's getting older , so I take it easier on it .
I am a fluffy lil cuddly lovable bunny , dammit !

I use to have a Mitsubishi Galant, I once buried the needle at 120MPH on the way to Vegas

I don't have that car anymore, but I've had the bike up to 110MPH already.

MD86, I can't figure out what LAOT is. A thruway near Los Angles?

Yes, my 2003 Calvlier 2-door isn't as bad as it sounds. The 2.2 liter Eco-tech four cylinder with 10.3 to 1 compression (I believe), double overhead cams, and 4 valves per cylinder. To my mind, its almost in the tuner category, although when I meet other Cavalier drivers, they are usually women who I suspect are on a budget.

My car is a Grand Cherokee, so I'm limited in how I drive it around town but I like 85mph on the highway.

I stopped driving sports cars so I could keep the tickets down. I used to drive fast, everywhere, all the time.

The bike is my sports car with no crash protection, so I zoom around, but very carefully and conservatively.

In fact, while I've had my Jeep going 100mph, the bike hasn't passed about 90mph.

I'm still learning the Kat in the curves, but I do alot of acceration bursts, but have only had it a 125mph. My Miata(aka LaneWvr) on the other hand, I always drive at 15 to 20 over posted, dip in and out of traffic. I can fly around corners or when I want I can drift it around the twisties. There is a corner behind my old work where I could go 65 around it completely sideways. I've also had it a 140mph between KC and Topeka KS. In most cars I just cruise, but give me a fast & good handling car and I'll make you

wheres the selection for...."i drive like a little old grandma in the car, but on the bike, i ride like a bat out of hell"??? that would get my vote
if its got 2 wheels or a skirt....i'll ride it.

"Alot" being the highway . I live about 20 miles outside of anything even resembling town , and sometimes I'm in a hurry , so .... I've actually not had my bike up any faster than my car ! I've run my car up to 110 on more than a few occasions .

I am a passive driver period. On the bike tho i ride faster cause i can and to get away from traffic, but never aggressive or do anything to piss people off. Just like you never piss off the people who make your food or you pay for it.My truck is slow anyway 4cyl POS so i drive easy anyway
