I've got about 10.6k miles on the current Kat ('01 600). The previous Kat ('00 600) that I had bought new had 28 - 29k miles when it was replaced by this one...

bah....none of you have even come close to impressing me. I logged over 220k kms on my 92. The engine was never opened up and it still ran strong...although it was smoking pretty bad at the end. I still have the bike and replacing the engine with one from vance and hines.
