                  I like the look but still have a problem drilling the frame...Heard Special K had quite a few Tweeked Kats due to frame slider miss haps...Just my $.02...would like to see a bracket or maybe something less likely to tweek the frame in a slow speed crash...

                    In the picture of the bike having the sliders put on, what is the purpose of the wire mesh on the inside of the fairing vents? I know they would keep unwanted hands from reaching into the engine area, when the bike is unattended. Is that the purpose?

                      they are just for looks. it is called the mesh mod.
