  • Why my Kat is a Long Term Project

The stucco guys just finished it today. We've been saving for 3 years to get it done, but it's paid for. So now only 2 more projects before I get top billing (HooRay!). Ahh, the life of a homeowner

Yup, just joined the Homeowner crowd in December. I haven't put the money away for the Kat like I used to. At least your time is coming!

How about some pics of the garage! Congrats on having the stucco paid for!

Check my album. Posted some pics last night of my "stable". I'll get some better garage pics when I finish getting it cleaned & rearranged

Yup, homeowner for 2 years now. It's all about balance and compromise

Our next project is to seal the roof on the garage & tehn replace the drywall ceiling. The good part for me is we're replacing the 3 60 watt light bulb fixtures with 4 4 foot flourescent fixtures. I'll really have some light then

looks like a school....that would be a great spot to spark up a doobie!

It's gonna be used as a workroom for my wife's projects, plus I'm moving the computer out there for a better outdoor view. We're also adding a deck to the right side. No doobies, those & CDL's (Commercial Driver's License) don't mix.
