I think the story was basically a chick backed into him in a prking lot as he was riding by , and that's the aftermath . And the chick was none too pleased about him taking pictures as evidence , hence the facial expression . Pretty funny though , as she deserved MUCH more than that minor inconveniance , I'm sure !

Well...

long story short, I was leaving work... and she just backed in to me, no looking... She was on the phone and drinking coffee and backing up all at once.

I did not get hurt, and all the damage was cosmetic. Thanks to her insurance my ride was pimped out to this (by the way she said it was not her fault):

That scene looks familiar. My former roomate backed into mine while it was parked. He drives a Jeep and said he didn't see it b/c his rear window is high while the bike is short. I guess he thought he needed to match the damage he did to the other side when he dropped it the one time I let him ride it (he wasn't prepaired to for the weight as he came to a stop).

Now I don't let him or his vehicle come within 30' of it...
