LOLOLOL thats so funny...well when i was resizing using paintshop pro...i was messing with the cloning brush that bolt is actually the one to its right. I just copied it and pasted there. I actually put like 20 of them all over the bike before saving the file to upload. Guess i missed one 
The bolt missing to the right and below, i dont know what happened there. One day i was taking that fairing off and the tab behind it on the black piece was broken and just handing there. So there is nothing to screw the bolt to there
I may just buy a new peice. I have actually noticed that bolt missing in a few other pics of peoples bikes. Coincedence?
