I looked all over ebay and then a few online stores and still can't find a rear hugger for my 1989 Katana 600...I think one with an integrated chain guard would look cool but where do you find one?? Any help would be appreciated...

Yup, I think you are going to be stuck Modifying it. Although, if you can modify it, then there won't be to many others out there with one, which sets you apart from the crowd.

Looks easy enough just need to get a 98+ hugger and then off to the machine shop to fabricate the bracket....Good judgement comes from experience, and often experience comes from Bad Judgement :smt084
