      And rename the file to a RAR format as the file appears to have a half complete name.

                      For Mac users, there is a problem with using StuffIt decompression on this RAR file. OS X users can download a compatible RAR decoder here:
                      http://www.xs4all.nl/~gp/MacPAR_deLuxe/ which will decode it properly. The result is a folder with 273 JPG files.

                      Note that you will still have to rename the manual download to haynes.rar for it to work...

                              Good link... although they don't have it for the older Kat's, like mine. Still, interesting stuff, and I'll likely look again in a year or so when I get a new bike.
