Just finished painting the Bike

Take a look at my winter project.

I had the seat cowl and upper fairings painted to match the tank and rear.
The front fender, lower fairing and center elements paint black.
Front forks I painted metallic yellow.

I need to replace my brake lines and slip-on next. Maybe upgrade the discs as well.

I need more money!

I like the forks...
But you need more yellow to tie them in..
Like maybe the swing arm?
Or case covers?

nice job !! the forks are an aquired taste..but they're pretty cool!!!

Possibly also get that belly pan painted red to, to match...but that would take away alittle bit from the other black you have on the fairing..either way it would look cool.

i like it. original fork tubes. but i'm going with BP on this one.... get the swingarm done in yellow. looks good though, keep up the work!!

Thanks for the response. Yeah....I took a chance with the forks, but I think they work. I'll need to live with it for a while before I start adding more yellow. The clear signals would look very cool. Keep the ideas coming.

how about chopping the shovel, thats a cheap mod. Get a bracket from Thazkat, and just cut the thing off.

also, get rid of your rear fender, polish your grab handle. i think it would look badass with a micron anodized gold canister to match your forks!

I like the forks, I was thinking of doing mine like that... But I also have gold/yellow in other parts of the bike, and the center of my rims (Soone enough anyways)

I agree with above..I like the forks...but you need something else yellow...Swingarm...case covers...that would look sweet....but like most of us one mod at a time...unless you have an endless supply of money...
